08/05/18: The Old Citizens EFC celebrated their 125th anniversary with a magnificent gala dinner in the Long Room at Lord's on Friday night, featuring a veritable "Who's Who" from the world of Fives.
Adams Cup Attracts Record Entry

07/05/18: The 125th birthday edition of the Adams Cup attracted a record 34 entrants and was won by Nick Gill and Massimo Melessaccio, who hasn't played a game of fives for about 30 years and who came all the way from Istanbul to do so this weekend.
Veterans Tournament 2018: Old Hands Win The Day

30/04/18: It began with the presenting of trophies. Three* were given to the Old Citizens, great sportsmen and players of the game. And twenty-three**, twenty-three were gifted to the Old Cholmeleians, who above all else desired victory. For within these trophies was bound the strength and the will to defeat every other team. But they were all of them deceived, for another trophy was made. Deep in the land of London, in the fires of Highgate, Phil Hucks presented the Hucks Cup, and into this cup he poured his competitiveness for victory, and his will to dominate. One Cup which meant it all.

16/04/18: We gathered at Eton on 15th April for the Aberconway cup. We had 19 confirmed pairs, up until a few days before the competition with a couple of late withdrawals. Unfortunately, the holders Grant and Guy Williams couldn’t make the day as Grant had broken his wrist playing football.
