2008 Aldenham Tournament
Graham Pulsford reports:
The competitors gathered together inside the courts as the rain hammered down. The clouds were dark, thunder rumbled intermittently and only the occasional bolt of lightening brightened the proceedings. But the players were in good spirits - smiles, jokes and a certain tension in the air as they waited for the tournament to begin.
2008 Veterans Tournament

The twenty-fourth Veterans Tournament was held on Sunday 13th April at Eton College. Included in the line up, and playing their full part, were Derek Whitehead, age 75, and Gordon Stringer, age 70. A shining example to all!
2008 Aberconway Cup

The eighteenth Championship took place at Eton College on a cold snowy day a complete contrast to last year which was played on the hottest April day on record. No mothers entered with their son or daughter but with a nice rounded entry of sixteen pairs life appeared relatively easy for the organizer with four groups of four.

This year was one of the biggest tournament entries to date. Twenty two pairs travelled to Eton College for a great day of Fives.

This years Ladies event was run on the second day of the Kinnaird, in the afternoon and early evening.
