EFA Activator Coaching Course

26/09/23: The EFA will be running an Eton Fives Activator coaching course at Westway Sports Centre on Saturday 14th October from 2-5pm.

This course is a practical introductory workshop to coaching Eton Fives. It introduces participants to basic movement requirements, warm-ups, rules of the game and delves into advanced skills and games so that participants can utilise these skills to coach beginner level players. The course aims to provide the necessary skills for anyone attending to leave feeling competent and confident in leading a session and even running a basic programme of skills development for Eton Fives players.

The course is designed for Eton Fives players looking to learn coaching skills for their own benefit or to take on a coaching role.

The cost for each participant is £60. This includes the three hour workshop plus access to follow up online resources.

The course will be run by David Mew, who has over 20 years experience coaching Fives.

There are a limited number of spaces available on a first come, first served basis.
