2004 London Tournament

After the usual rush of entries on the Thursday and Friday the London tournament consited of thirty-six pairs. There were twelve pairs that entered the main tournament; as usual the standard was still very high even without a few of the usual big name players. Most arrived on time at Highgate for a prompt start. The unusual difference being this year that there was no rain!

2004 Universities Tournament

The 2004 Universities Championships took place at King Edward's School, Birmingham on Saturday 6th November. It involved pairs from Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, Newcastle and one pair from the school.

2004 Engadin Challenge

On the 25th/26th July the Zuoz Fives Club Zurich held the 7th Engadin Challenge cup at the Lyceum Alpinum in Zuoz. The weather looked as though it would not be good to us; on Friday evening when we went for dinner, it was snowing. Nevertheless over the weekend, it was cold but dry, so the best place to be was on court and running around.
